2. Services Provided

FleetProxy offers access to proxy solutions including static residential, rotating residential, ISP, mobile LTE, and datacenter (IPv4/IPv6) proxies. Services are accessed through our web-based dashboard, API, or other client interfaces.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree:

- Not to engage in any illegal, abusive, or unethical activities including but not limited to spam, phishing, unauthorized data scraping, hacking, DDoS, fraud, or circumventing geo-restrictions unlawfully.

- Not to use our proxies for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

- To maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.

FleetProxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this section without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, designs, interfaces, and technology provided on the FleetProxy platform are the exclusive intellectual property of FleetProxy. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of our platform without prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Our collection and processing of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://fleetproxy.io/privacy-policy). By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

6. Pricing, Billing & Refunds

FleetProxy offers both subscription-based plans and pay-as-you-go pricing models. All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

- Payments are due in advance.

- Subscription plans do not auto-renew by default. Users may manually enable auto-renewal from their dashboard. If auto-renewal is not active, services will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

- No refunds are issued for used or unused services unless required by law.

- Users are responsible for keeping their billing and payment information up to date.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable and continuous service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. FleetProxy makes no guarantees of uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime or data loss.

FleetProxy may suspend or terminate your account:

- For violating these Terms or applicable laws

- Upon lawful request by authorities

- If your actions disrupt our service or infrastructure

No compensation or refund will be provided for violations of our Terms resulting in account termination.

9. Disclaimers

FleetProxy provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetProxy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FleetProxy and its officers, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
